Credit union informs: KC branch participates in Project Warmth

Project Warmth blogUnity One Credit Union's Kansas City branch has partnered with Project Warmth to collect new and gently used coats and blankets to help people in need during extremely cold weather.

Project Warmth, started in 1982 by The Kansas City Star, aims to ensure lives are not lost to frigid cold or sweltering heat. Last year, Project Warmth collected and distributed over 6,500 coats and 2,400 blankets to those in need.

If you would like to make a donation, please drop your items off at our Kansas City Branch, located at 4150 Kansas Ave., Kansas City, KS 66106.

All items collected are distributed free of charge to recipients by The Salvation Army.
