Unity One Credit Union celebrated the opening of its newest Keller branch on Thursday, September 24. Local business leaders, residents, members from Unity One’s Board of Directors and representatives from the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce showed their support for the credit union by attending the ribbon cutting ceremony and celebration led by president Gary Williams.
“We are thrilled to continue our year of unprecented growth with the opening of this branch. Many of our members call Keller their home and we take pride in being able to provide the easy, hassle-free service they’ve become accustomed to,” said Williams.
Attendees were treated to all-you-can-eat snow cones provided by Kona Ice, an inflatable obstacle course, games and giveaways. Radio personality Michelle Rodriguez from 96.3 KSCS was also on hand to greet attendees and raffle off tickets to the station’s Country Fest, featuring Lee Brice, Tyler Farr, Dan + Shay, Caanan Smith and Jamie Lynn Spears.
The Keller branch, conveniently located at 891 Keller Parkway, marks the fifth location in the Fort Worth area for Unity One. It features an innovative lobby space, safe deposit boxes, drive-thru lanes and loan officers on-site.
Priscilla Garcia is the branch manager of the new Keller branch, which welcomes members Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The branch also serves as a CO-OP Shared Branching site, allowing members of other credit unions to utilize the location as well.
