Unity One CU informs: Keller Pkwy. branch closed for repairs

The Keller Parkway branch (891 Keller Pkwy., Keller TX 76248) is currently closed for repairs. If you need access to your account, we encourage you to visit one of our other branch locations, utilize your Mobile Banking app or visit a Shared Branching location. 

What is Shared Branching?

Shared Branching is a cooperative network of credit unions sharing over 5,000 locations nationwide. No matter if you are across town, move, travel, or away to college on the other side of the country, with Shared Branching, you can easily access your credit union.

Shred your documents for free at Unity One Credit Union's Keller branch on Saturday, June 11!

Plus, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance will be on-site providing information about car seat safety.

Please read carefully:
  1. PAPER ONLY. Please only bring paper items to be shredded. Remove all other objects. Other objects could injure handlers, volunteers and the shred truck. No binders, glass, books, knives, cassettes, DVDs--and the list could go on.
  2. BE COURTEOUS. Be courteous of others, and restrict the amount that you bring to be shredded to a few boxes. 
  3. BE PREPARED. Be prepared to take your boxes or containers home with you.
  4. NO COMMERCIAL SHREDDING. We cannot accept commercial or business shredding, as a courtesy to other visitors. Only one truck will be onsite.

Unity One CU Informs: Keller branch hosts Grand Opening Celebration

Unity One Credit Union celebrated the opening of its newest Keller branch on Thursday, September 24. Local business leaders, residents, members from Unity One’s Board of Directors and representatives from the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce showed their support for the credit union by attending the ribbon cutting ceremony and celebration led by president Gary Williams.   

“We are thrilled to continue our year of unprecented growth with the opening of this branch. Many of our members call Keller their home and we take pride in being able to provide the easy, hassle-free service they’ve become accustomed to,” said Williams. 

Attendees were treated to all-you-can-eat snow cones provided by Kona Ice, an inflatable obstacle course, games and giveaways. Radio personality Michelle Rodriguez from 96.3 KSCS was also on hand to greet attendees and raffle off tickets to the station’s Country Fest, featuring Lee Brice, Tyler Farr, Dan + Shay, Caanan Smith and Jamie Lynn Spears.

The Keller branch, conveniently located at 891 Keller Parkway, marks the fifth location in the Fort Worth area for Unity One. It features an innovative lobby space, safe deposit boxes, drive-thru lanes and loan officers on-site. 

Priscilla Garcia is the branch manager of the new Keller branch, which welcomes members Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The branch also serves as a CO-OP Shared Branching site, allowing members of other credit unions to utilize the location as well.

Unity One Credit Union to open locations in Maplewood and Keller

Unity One CreUnity One CU Maplewood branchdit Union members can expect the opening of two branches in Minnesota and Texas this summer.

Minnesota's Vadnais Heights branch, currently occupying space in a union headquarters building, will relocate to a site that shares space with a convenience store in Maplewood, MN.

Jackie Wisneski, vice president of retail operations, says, "Convenience is our goal. This new location is very visible and user-friendly."

Construction has begun to customize the existing space at 1535 Beam St., and an opening date is expected to be in late August 2015. Unity One members will enjoy the convenience of a drive-thru, additional staff and weekend hours at this full-service branch.

Meanwhile in Texas...

The credit union has leased space at a two-story office building lUnity One Keller Pkwy. branchocated at 891 Keller Pkwy and Pate-Orr Dr. Nestled in the southwest corner of the building, the Unity One Credit Union branch is seconds away from Keller High School and Keller City Hall and minutes away from Southlake, TX.

This full-service branch will have a drive-thru and loan officers onsite, and the opening is scheduled to occur in late August. 

Both branches will eventually join the CO-OP Shared Branching network by the end of the year.
