Debit card issue resolved

Debit cards should be working properly. If your transactions are not posting correctly, contact us at 1-800-628-5517 or mbrservice@unityone.org, and we will resolve the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Special Note for Unity One Members

Unity One Credit Union switched debit card processors this week to enable a wider surcharge-free ATM network and enhance fraud protection to proactively protect member accounts.

Due to unexpected technical difficulties with this change, some PIN debit card transactions are not being approved. Until further notice, process your payments as CREDIT. If you are in need of CASH, make CO-OP ATMs your first priority. If you incur any fees, the credit union will reimburse the charges. Our Member Contact Center is available to answer any questions you may have.

Contact Center Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.


Know that your credit union is working feverishly with the card processor to correct glitches so that you are not inconvenienced any further.
