Congratulations to Unity One's Colleague of the Year, Shonna Butler! Shonna works in the Indirect Lending department as an underwriter.
Shonna's coworkers greatly appreciate her willingness to help wherever needed and her reliability. Here are a few comments from other Unity One staff:
Shonna should be recognized as Colleague of the Year for her willingness to help wherever needed. In her day-to-day duties as Indirect Underwriter and Support, Shonna deals with our indirect dealers on a daily basis, and we often hear from them "how wonderful Shonna is" and how much our dealer partners enjoy working with her. She also serves as back-up in our plastic card department without hesitation. I'm proud to have Shonna in BOTH areas and know that he is doing the right thing and giving it her 100%.
This has been the year of Shonna. She has been everywhere, which means that she has taken on many responsibilities inside and outside of her "on-paper" department. She has come to the rescue many times.
Shonna is very reliable. She never calls in. I can trust that she will help in any way possible.
Shonna has a quite presence but a presence nevertheless. Her diverse knowledge of credit union operations is impressive and improves how we serve our members.
Unity One is proud to have Shonna on our team. Congratulations on being recognized by your peers as the 2015 Colleague of the Year!
