Zero Gravity

"We are the kids. We are the future. We may be young, but we can be super." - "Superhero" by Reese Hyatt

With open minds and giving hearts, the kids in Zero Gravity have taken their prize winnings from the October Battle of the Band contest, sponsored by Unity One Credit Union and the Northpark YMCA, and used it to make less fortunate children's holidays sparkle.

Zero Gravity used the prize money to record a new song titled "Superhero". They have decided to donate all proceeds from their iTunes sales to help the local non-profit Santa's Sparkles, founded by The Zazza Community Foundation.

The two-day event held in December features a two night stay at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, as well as breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus, ice skating and a Christmas tree filled with gifts from the families' lists of needs.

"These kids have taken our Random Act of Kindness to the community and multiplied it tenfold. I'm humbled by their generosity," said Gary Williams, Unity One president.
