Unity One Credit Union recently updated our Mobile Banking app for all users to include our new service which allows you to transfer funds from your Unity One account to another external banking account. After the update, many Android users have reported experiencing issues with the app.
If you are an Android user and are currently experiencing issues logging into the app:
- Make sure you have an active email address on file with Unity One. If you don't, please reach out to us to update your account.
- Log onto your account via your computer or through the browser on your phone.
- Then, log into your account on the mobile banking app.
