Android users may experience difficulties logging into the mobile app. We are working with our vendor to solve the problem.
However, we have been able to locate a work around that can be utilized to allow Android users to be able to use the app.
- Access Android Settings
- Navigate to the App settings
- Select the Financial Institution's mobile app
- Have the user clear App Data and clear Cache for the app
- Some users may have to remove and then reinstall the app
We understand that this is not a long term solution to this problem and we are working on addressing this. For the moment, this should allow Android users to be able to login and utilize the mobile app.
